Cancellation

At NeoSci-Tech Knowledge Solution Pvt. Ltd., we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which customers may cancel an order placed through our website.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

1. Order Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed for shipment.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your:

  • Order Number
  • Registered Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number

Cancellation requests are processed during our business hours and are subject to order status.

2. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been:

  • packed,
  • processed for dispatch,
  • handed over to a courier or logistics partner, or
  • shipped,

it generally cannot be cancelled.

Customers may instead refer to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, where applicable.

3. Made-to-Order and Personalised Products

Orders for the following products generally cannot be cancelled once production or preparation has begun:

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Made-to-order handcrafted products
  • Custom resin artwork
  • Bulk orders manufactured to customer specifications
  • Institutional orders prepared specifically for schools, colleges, laboratories, coaching centres, or other organisations

4. STEM Educational Products

Orders containing STEM educational products, including Chemi Card, Pocket Laboratory products, educational kits, or other learning materials, may be cancelled only before they enter the packing or dispatch stage.

Where products have already been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

5. Bulk and Institutional Orders

Bulk purchases placed by:

  • Schools
  • Colleges
  • Universities
  • Coaching Centres
  • Educational Institutions
  • Government Organisations
  • Businesses
  • Laboratories

may be governed by separate purchase orders, quotations, or contractual agreements.

Cancellation of such orders shall be subject to the terms agreed upon between the customer and NeoSci-Tech.

6. Cancellation by NeoSci-Tech

NeoSci-Tech reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or typographical errors
  • Incorrect product information
  • Payment failure or unsuccessful payment verification
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
  • Delivery to non-serviceable locations
  • Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure)

If an order is cancelled by NeoSci-Tech after payment has been successfully received, the customer will be informed and any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method.

7. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Where a cancellation request is approved before shipment:

  • the order amount paid (if any) will generally be refunded through the original payment method; and
  • refund processing is typically completed within 7–10 business days, although actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Any non-refundable charges, where clearly disclosed at the time of purchase or permitted by applicable law, may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Modification of Orders

Customers wishing to modify an order (such as changing the delivery address, quantity, or product) should contact us immediately after placing the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests if the order has not yet been processed. However, modifications cannot be guaranteed once processing has commenced.

9. Failure to Accept Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery or repeatedly fails to accept delivery without a valid reason, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping or return logistics charges; and
  • any refund will be processed in accordance with our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy and applicable law.

10. Force Majeure

NeoSci-Tech shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to fulfil orders arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Fire
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Labour strikes
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Power failures
  • War, civil unrest, or similar events

11. Changes to this Policy

NeoSci-Tech reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

The revised version will be published on this website with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
